IKEA has the best bunk bed!!! They are light wood though....
I got mine off of Craigslist, I got a SWEEEEETTTT deal... they are black though...but seriously, BE PATIENT... its totally worth it! ummm no offense to your friends, but I dont like Ikeas Bunkbeds, it shows too many screws. and I dont like that the ladder is attached, I know you could probably take it off, but you use it attached or dont use it at all. Good luck though! if you want you can see my bunkbeds on an older post of mine!
